If your card is frozen:

  • It usually means there’s been a flagged transaction or a temporary issue.

  • Don’t worry—reach out to us via the in-app chat, send an email to [email protected] or call our customer support on 02013309565

  • We’ll help investigate and unfreeze it if everything checks out.

Avoid multiple failed attempts, and make sure you have enough funds before transactions.
