Wondering if your transaction went through? Here’s how to check:
Open your Pouchers app.
Tap the Transactions tab at the bottom of your screen.
Locate the transaction—you’ll see the status as Successful, Pending, or Failed.
Tap the transaction to view full details like date, time, and reference ID.
If it’s a bank transfer, you can also confirm with the recipient or check their account credit alert.
