How to Confirm a Successful Transaction

Wondering if your transaction went through? Here’s how to check:

  1. Open your Pouchers app.
    ​

  2. Tap the Transactions tab at the bottom of your screen.
    ​

  3. Locate the transaction—you’ll see the status as Successful, Pending, or Failed.
    ​

  4. Tap the transaction to view full details like date, time, and reference ID.
    ​

  5. If it’s a bank transfer, you can also confirm with the recipient or check their account credit alert.
