What to Do If Your Transaction Is Delayed

Transactions may sometimes take a little longer due to network or banking issues. If that happens:

  • Wait a few minutes — most delays resolve within 5–10 minutes.

  • Check your transaction history to confirm if it’s marked as Pending or Successful.

  • If the status hasn’t changed after a while:

    • Tap on the transaction and copy the Session ID.

    • Reach out to us via In-app chat or call our customer support on 02013309565 with the session ID and transaction details.

We’ll help escalate and resolve it as quickly as possible.
