Paid for a bill on Pouchers but it hasn’t shown up yet? Don’t worry — here’s what to do if your electricity or cable TV payment doesn’t reflect immediately.
Step 1: Double-check the payment status
Go to your Pouchers app, tap on Transactions, and find the payment in question. If it shows as “Successful”, the payment was processed from our end.
Step 2: Contact the service provider
Sometimes, payments take a few minutes to reflect due to service delays on the provider’s side. You can call or chat with them using your payment reference number for quicker resolution.
Step 3: Keep your proof of payment
Take a screenshot of your Pouchers receipt (from your transactions tab). This will come in handy if you need to escalate.
