How Long Do Bill Payments Take to Process?

Made a payment for airtime, data, electricity, or cable TV on Pouchers and wondering when it’ll reflect? Here’s what you should know about processing times: Airtime & Data

These are usually instant. Once you complete payment, you should get credited within seconds. If it takes longer than 5 minutes, check your transaction history or contact support.

Cable TV (e.g., GOtv, DStv, Startimes)

Cable payments typically reflect within 5–10 minutes. Ensure your IUC number is correct. If it doesn’t reflect within 10 minutes, reach out to the cable provider or message us.

Electricity (NEPA)

Electricity bill payments can take up to 15–30 minutes to reflect, depending on the electricity distribution company. Always confirm that your meter number is correct before paying.
