How to Report a Failed Transaction

If your transaction fails but you were debited, don’t worry — we’ve got you.

Here’s what to do:

  1. Take a screenshot of the transaction or receipt

  2. Note the date, amount, and time of the transaction

  3. Copy the session ID ( visible in your transaction history)

  4. Contact support via in-app chat or email: [email protected]

We’ll investigate and either reverse the transaction or provide an update ASAP.
