Why Cards Get Restricted or Terminated

Best Practices to Keep Your Card Active

  • Use the U.S. billing address on your card exactly as it appears.

  • Avoid payments on high-risk platforms such as gambling sites or crypto exchange services.

  • Steer clear of transactions in restricted countries.

  • Avoid repeated failed transaction attempts—they may trigger holds or restrictions.

What Happens If Your Card is Inactive?

  • The card may disappear or appear frozen in-app and on the web.

  • Should in case your card was terminated, your remaining balance will be refunded back to your naira wallet.

  • You will be required to create a new card if your card is terminated.

How to Get Back Up & Running

  • Go to Cards → Create New Card

  • Use the address provided on your new card for all billing information

  • Avoid using it on restricted merchants or markets
