Log in to your Pouchers account.
Ensure your Naira wallet has enough funds.
Tap the Cards icon at the bottom of your screen.
Select your USD virtual card.
Tap Fund Card.
Enter the dollar amount you want to fund.
The naira equivalent will be displayed automatically.
Review the exchange rate shown on the screen.
Tick the Terms of Use box.
Complete Card Funding.
✅ Your naira wallet will be debited instantly, and your dollar card will be funded.

⚠️ Why Your Card Funding May Fail
Card funding is usually instant, but occasional failures can happen. Below are common reasons and how to fix them.
1. Insufficient Funds
If your Naira wallet balance cannot cover the dollar amount plus charges, the funding will fail.
What to do:
Always confirm the naira equivalent shown on the funding screen.
Fund your Naira wallet and try again.
2. Funding a Large Amount at Once
Although large top-ups are supported, funding large amounts in one attempt may fail.
What to do:
Do not fund more than $2,000 at once.
Break large top-ups into smaller amounts for smoother processing.
