Verification (KYC) is an important step that helps secure your account, increase your limits, and give you full access to all Pouchers features.

This section explains how to complete your verification, the documents you need, and why your verification may be delayed or rejected.

How to Upgrade Your KYC Verification

Completing your KYC on Pouchers is simple and can be done at any time. Follow the steps below:

  1. Login to your Pouchers app.
    ​

  2. Tap your Profile icon at the top right corner.
    ​

  3. Select Upgrade Tier.
    ​

  4. Follow the instructions for the verification level you’re completing:
    ​

    • Tier 2: BVN + Selfie
      ​

    • Tier 3: BVN, ID, and Utility Bill
      ​

  5. Submit your details and wait for confirmation.

Once verified, you will be able to enjoy all that Pouchers has to offer
