Why Your Verification Might Be Delayed or Rejected

To keep your account secure, we carefully review every verification document. Here are the most common reasons your verification may be delayed or rejected:

1. Incorrect Document Upload

Your address verification must be a utility bill (electricity, water, waste, or bank statement).

If you upload anything outside these accepted documents, it will be rejected.

2. Blurry or Unclear Document

If the uploaded file is blurry, cropped, dark, or unreadable, we won’t be able to verify the details.

Please ensure the document is clear and all information is visible.

3. Document Older Than 3 Months

We only accept utility bills that are not more than 3 months old.

Anything older will be declined.

4. Mismatched Details

Your document must match the information on your Pouchers profile.

Your verification may be rejected if:

  • The address on the utility bill is different from your profile address.

  • The name on the document does not match the name on your profile.

Verification Delay

Verification typically takes up to 24 hours to complete.

If your documents are correct and clear, you only need to give it time.
