How to Update Your Personal Details on Pouchers (Before & After KYC Verification)

You can easily update your profile information from your Pouchers app. This includes your name, phone number, email address, and home address.

The steps differ depending on whether or not your KYC verification is complete.

Before KYC Verification

You can freely update all your personal details before completing KYC.

Follow these steps:

  1. Log in to your Pouchers app
    ​

  2. Tap your profile icon at the top-right corner
    ​

  3. Select the detail you want to update
    ​

  4. Edit the information and save your changes
    ​

You can update:

  • Name
    ​

  • Phone number
    ​

  • Email address
    ​

  • Home address

After KYC Verification

Once your account is verified, some details become restricted for security reasons.

Name Changes

Changing your name after verification requires official documentation, such as:

  • A government-issued ID
    ​

  • Marriage certificate
    ​

  • Court affidavit
    ​

Important:

We’re unable to edit your name after verification.

Email & Phone Number

These can still be changed after KYC, but additional authentication is required.

To update:

  • Contact our Support team
    ​

  • Complete verification steps to confirm you are the account owner
    ​

This is to protect your account from unauthorised access.
