Click the "Reset Password" button on the login page
Enter your registered email address
Tap “Send password reset link”
Check your email inbox for the reset link
Click the link (you’ll be redirected to a password reset page)
Enter your new password and tap “Reset Password.”
You can now sign in with your new password

On Your System
Log in to your Pouchers account
Click your profile icon
Go to Account settings
Select Change password
Approve the action when prompted
An OTP will be sent to your email
Enter the OTP
Create a new password
Save your changes by clicking “Change password”
You have successfully updated your password.
How to Change Your Password (When Logged In)
On the App or Website
You can easily change your Pouchers password directly from the app whenever you need to. Just follow these steps:
Log in to your Pouchers account
Tap Accounts at the bottom-right corner
Go to Account Settings
Select Change Password
An OTP will be sent to your registered email
Enter the OTP to confirm the request
Create your new password
Tap Save Changes
You have successfully updated your password!
