Your security is a top priority at Pouchers. We provide multiple layers of protection to keep your account safe, including

  • Biometric authentication (Fingerprint or Face ID)

  • Two-factor authentication (2FA)

  • A secure transaction PIN

Below is everything you need to secure your account and manage your authentication settings.

Two-Factor Authentication (2FA)

Two-factor authentication adds an extra layer of protection to your account.

It requires two forms of verification:

  1. Your password or PIN (first factor)

  2. A security token, such as:

    • An OTP sent to your email, or

    • A code generated by an authenticator app (second factor)

This helps prevent unauthorised access even if someone knows your password.

How to Set Up 2FA

  1. Log in to your Pouchers account

  2. Go to Account

  3. Tap Account Settings

  4. Select 2FA Authentication

  5. Enter your account PIN

  6. Choose how you want to receive codes:

    • Email

    • Authenticator app

  7. A verification code will be sent to your email

  8. Enter the code to complete setup

Your 2FA is now active.

Important Note

Each time you log in, a code will be sent to your email, and you must enter it to access your account.
