Your Pouchers USD account provides US account details that allow you to receive eligible payments in US dollars. Whether you’re receiving your salary, getting paid by international clients, collecting freelance earnings, or receiving business payments, you can use your account to receive funds from supported sources.
Your account becomes available after a short in-app verification process. This includes an identity check and information about your source of funds. If you expect to receive high transaction volumes, you may be asked additional due diligence questions.
How You Receive Money
Your USD account supports three payment methods, each with its own fees and processing times.

The person or business sending you money will need the appropriate account details. For ACH and wire transfers, they’ll generally need your account and routing numbers. For FedNow, they’ll need the details required by their payment provider.

Please note: Your USD account does not support SWIFT transfers. If a sender requests a SWIFT code, ask them to use a supported ACH or wire transfer method with the account and routing numbers displayed in your account.
What Transactions Are Permitted?
Your USD account is intended for legitimate payments from supported sources. Permitted transactions include:
First-party payments: Transfers you make from your own bank, fintech, or brokerage account.
Business payments: Payments from registered businesses, such as salary, freelance earnings, and invoice payments.
Family payments: Payments from a family member’s bank account, provided you share a surname.
Third-party person-to-person payments: Eligible transfers below $4,000, subject to applicable requirements and restrictions.
Payments outside these categories may be flagged for review or returned.
What Transactions Are Not Permitted?
Your USD account cannot be used to receive payments related to:
Crypto P2P trading.
Betting.
Forex trading.
Payments associated with these activities may be declined or flagged for review.
Using a US Address
Some payroll systems and payment platforms may request a US address associated with your account before releasing a payment.
If an address is required, use the address displayed on your Pouchers account details screen.
About Microdeposits
Some financial services send a small deposit, known as a microdeposit, to verify an account.
If your account receives a microdeposit, it may not appear immediately as a change in your available balance. According to the applicable processing rules, it may be credited when a subsequent deposit above the minimum deposit amount arrives.
This can take up to one day, and you’ll receive a notification when it is credited.
If a service such as Plaid asks for a three-letter verification code associated with the microdeposit, check the microdeposit notification. The code may appear in the transaction description.
Who Holds Your Funds?
Pouchers provides access to financial services through regulated partners. The regulatory information published on our website states:
Pouchers is a licensed financial technology company and cross-border payment facilitator in the US, registered with FinCEN as a Money Services Business (Registration Number: 31000328592150).
Pouchers does not directly custody fiat funds. All fiat services are delivered through licensed financial institutions and regulated partners, with stablecoins used solely as the settlement layer.
