Pouchers charges a fee for deposits into your Naira wallet and withdrawals from your Pouchers wallet to your bank account. Here is a breakdown of the applicable fees.
Funding Your Naira Wallet
A 1% processing fee applies to each Naira deposit, capped at ₦1,000 per deposit.
For example:

Once the 1% processing fee reaches ₦1,000, the fee is capped at that amount. You will not pay more than ₦1,000 for a single deposit, regardless of the deposit amount.
Withdrawing to Your Bank Account
A flat ₦100 withdrawal fee applies when you withdraw money from your Pouchers wallet to your bank account.
