Card Creation Fee

A one-time fee applies when you create a card.

  • Virtual Dollar Card: $2

  • Premium Card: $5

Card Top-up

Topping up your card is free. You can add funds without paying an additional top-up fee.

Withdrawal Fee

Withdrawing funds from your card back to your Naira wallet is free.

Declined Transaction Fee

A $0.50 fee applies only to card transactions declined due to insufficient funds.

No fee is charged when your card is frozen, including when the system freezes it.

To avoid declined-transaction fees, ensure your card has sufficient funds before making a payment.

Card Transaction and Spending Limits

Each Pouchers card has the following transaction and spending limits:

  • Single transaction limit: $10,000 for both tokenized and non-tokenized cards.

  • Daily cumulative spending limit: $50,000 per card.

  • Monthly spending limit: $400,000 per card.

These limits apply to each card individually. Transactions are subject to applicable card restrictions and merchant acceptance.

Maximum number of cards: You can create up to two Virtual Dollar Cards and two Premium Cards—one Visa and one Mastercard for each card type.
