What do these fees mean?
Card Creation Fee
You are charged a fee to create your card; you only pay this once throughout the card's active lifecycle.
Standard Card: $2 one-time payment
Premium Card: $5 one-time payment
Card Top-up
Top-ups are completely free. Once your card has been created and funded, you can add more funds without paying any additional top-up fee.
Withdrawal Fee
If you decide to withdraw funds from your virtual dollar card back to your Naira wallet, you can do so with no fees applied.
Declined Transaction Fee
A $0.50 fee is charged for transactions that are unsuccessful because of insufficient funds or frozen cards.
To avoid declined transaction fees, we recommend ensuring:
Your card has sufficient balance.
Your card is not frozen
