How to Create Your Pouchers Account

Getting Started on Pouchers

Whether you're new to Pouchers or just getting started, creating your account is quick and easy.

You can create your Pouchers account through the Pouchers website or the Pouchers mobile app.

Create your account

  1. Visit the Pouchers website or download the Pouchers mobile app.

  2. Enter your personal details, including your name, phone number, and email address.

  3. Create your login password.

  4. Tell us how you heard about Pouchers. This step is optional.

  5. Tap Create Account.

  6. A verification code will be sent to the email address you provided. Enter the code to verify your email address.

Make sure you enter the correct email address. You will need access to it to receive your verification code.

Complete your account setup

After verifying your email address:

  1. Create your Pouchers Tag.

  2. Create your Transaction PIN.

  3. Confirm your Transaction PIN.

  4. You may be prompted to enable biometric verification. This is optional.

Verify Your Account

After creating your account, you can complete your identity verification in the Pouchers app.

  1. Go to your Profile under Settings.

  2. Tap Verify Now, then tap Proceed.

  3. Enter your 11-digit BVN.

  4. Follow the prompts to take a selfie in a well-lit area.

  5. Tap Verify to submit your verification.

Your verification will then be processed.
